Mission Statement
The State Laboratory of Public Health provides certain medical and environmental laboratory services (testing, consultation and training) to public and private health provider organizations responsible for the promotion, protection and assurance of the health of North Carolina citizens.
Note: The Clinical Lab Test results currently available for look-up are: Sickle Cell, Blood Lead, Cancer, Chlamydia, Enteric, Hepatitis, Myco-TB, Mycology, Newborn Screening, Parasitology, Special Bacteriology, and Viral Culture. Look up submitted lab test results. If the page is unavailable please contact 919-733-7837 for assistance.
